An assembling structure of a fuel cell stack is provided to prevent the sintering deformation of a fillet part and the generation of leak by transferring the uniform assembling force to an end plate. An assembling structure of a fuel cell stack comprises an end plate(40) assembled at the both sides of a stack(30) by using an assembling band plate(10) and a spacer(20), wherein the supporting(12) part of the assembling band plate having the increased bending stiffness is closely adhered at the upper and lower surfaces of a stack in length direction, its assembled part(11) is formed by bending the both ends of the supporting part, and the spacer is inserted between an end plate and the assembling band plate. |
