PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify production stages, to reduce a cost and to improve heat resistance, chemical resistance and dimensional accuracy by migrating the unnecessary parts of coloration immobilizing films from a dry film to an intaglio printing surface and removing these parts, then transferring the residual parts onto a transparent substrate. SOLUTION: The unnecessary parts of the colored coating films 2 of the dry film 4 are transferred to the main surface (intaglio printing surface 6) of a square columnar intaglio printing 5 and are removed from the dry film 4. Namely, the intaglio printing surface 6 formed with dot-like patterns as recessed parts is pressed onto the colored coating film 2 of the dry film 4 to migrate the unnecessary parts of the colored coating film 2 to the plane parts of the intaglio printing surface 6 and to allow the dot-like colored patterns 2a to remain. The dry film 4 is then turned inside out and its main surface is pressed onto the main surface of the glass substrate 8, peviously formed with the black matrix of Cr by a sputtering method, etc., to transfer the colored patterns 2a remaining on the main surface onto the glass substrate 8. This operation is repeated with the respective colors R, G, B, by which the colored layers are completed. |
