PURPOSE:To obtain an electrophotographic sensitive body having improved electrostatic characteristics, particularly improved preservation capacity for dark charge and photosensitivity by incorporating specified two kinds of resin into a binder resin. CONSTITUTION:A binder resin comprises a comblike copolymer contg. a monofunctional macromer and a monomer expressed by the formula I, and is constituted of a low molecular resin having a specified acid group and/or a group contg. a cyclic acid anhydride at only one terminal of the polymer principal chain and a high molecular resin having <=120 deg.C glass transition point. In the formula I, X1 is -COO-, -OCO-. CH2OCO-, -CH2COO-, -O-, -SO2-, -CO-, etc.; Q1 is a 1-18C aliphatic group or a 6-12C aromatic group; each C1 and C2 is an H atom, halogen atom, a cyano group, hydrocarbon group, etc. Thus, an electrophotographic sensitive body having high preservation capacity for dark charge, and providing a picture having high photosensitivity, is obtd. |
