SAND WASHING APPARATUS AND METHOD

The sea sand poured and loaded by a dump truck(1) is transported by the 1st conveyor belt(2) which delivers it to the vibration screen part(3). The foreign materials like a seashell are separated and selected then the sand which has passed through this process and has a regular size is transferred to the 2nd conveyor belt(4). By the scrapers(5) of the drop part(7), the sea sand is freely dropped and loaded on the heap wash ground(6) that waters, washing with the fresh water through the nozzle(9) of the watering device(10), thus finally the fresh water is drained through the drainage(12), and the clean sand with a good quality is produced.
