<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment apparatus reduced in installation cost, efficiently increasing the energy originally possessed by a substance to be treated itself, especially, org. matter (sludge, garbage) much in moisture to utilize the same, and rich in economically efficiency. SOLUTION: In a treatment apparatus equipped with a solubilizing device 4 liquefying the substance to be treated much in moisture containing org. matter stored in a storage tank 1 under a high temp. and high pressure oxygen atmosphere and a fermentation device 5 forming fermentation gas from the org. matter solubilized by the solubilizing device 4, the return passage 7 returning the sludge after the waste water treatment of the fermentation waste soln. generated in the fermentation device 5 to the storage tank 1 is provided.</p> |
