PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with characteristics respectively of each part of a molded product while a fibrillated fiber aggregate can be packed in a mold by pneumatic conveyance. SOLUTION: In order to mold a fiber aggregate F wherein a binder fiber having a lower melting point than that of a short fiber is dispersedly mixed in matrix composed of the short fiber of a synthetic fiber having a crimped form, a filler 4 preliminarily temporarily adjusted in a specified form is placed in a cavity of the mold while the fiber aggregate 1 is made to follow an air flow after placing the filler 4, and the mold is packed, which is molded by heating. |
