F.R.S. - Fincor Rating System

The FRS - Fincor Ratings System is a useful tool for evaluating the relationship between buy and sell recommendations for shares and their subsequent performance. The FRS uses the recommendation to stay as it were in the axis of a balance whose two ends represent the two diametrically opposite recommendations which are numbered as +10 (buy immediately) or -10 (sell immediately).
