PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form the spray coating film contg. desired components as dispersed particles by setting the spraying temp. of a skeleton-forming powder at a temp. sufficient to melt the powder and the spraying temp. of a functionality providing substance at a temp. below the melting point of the substance respectively. SOLUTION: In this formation, at the time of placing plural spray guns 1a and 1b, their respective spraying modes of the spray guns 1a and 1b can separately be set. On the other hand, at the time of using a single spray gun in which inner and outer diameter type dual system supply ports 2a and 2b are incorporated, e.g. the spray gun is provided with an inner diameter type supply port 2a for a skeleton forming powder and an outer diameter type supply port 2b for a functionality providing substance. A fuel supplied through a mixed gas flow passage 3 forms a mixed gas flame 4 and air supplied through a compressed air passage 5 forms an air curtain 5' to surround the mixed gas flame 4 with the air curtain 5'. At this time, the temp. of the flame 4 is set at a temp. sufficient to melt the skeleton forming powder and the skeleton forming powder is supplied to the flame 4 to melt it. At the same time, the functionality providing substance is supplied to a low temp. part on the outer periphery of the air curtain 5'. |
