REINFORCEMENT PART APPLICABLE TO REFRIGERATOR DOORS AND REFRIGERATOR DOOR WITH SUCH REINFORCEMENT PART

The reinforcement part is intended to be situated at the corners of the door of the refrigerator between the external metal panel and the inner plastic door, during the fabrication of the door when proceeding to the injection of insulating material. The function of those parts is to obturate the slits formed at the corners and to solve the problem of guidance of the hinge axis. Each reinforcement part has a prismatic shape with triangular base which bigger surface (1) corresponds to the hypotenuse and forms a perimetral flange (2) which exceeds the volume of the prism and is pressed by pressure to the panel. The reinforcement part includes two housings (3) for mounting the bushing (4) for rotation of the hinge axis of the side where the hinges are arranged. Each of the housings (3) includes a cylindrical section which by a terrace-like inside section continues into inside narrow last section, ending by a bottom flat membrane (12), which is movable or brittle.
