PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide services worldwise and to receive services from worldwide by realizing a device, which mutually converts information expression forms (languages and scales) different by countries, on a communication network and making a service provide or a service receiver recognize only the information expression form based on the culture of his country. SOLUTION: A conversion rule management server 3 which manages rules in accordance with information expression forms are mutually converted through intermediate expression forms is connected to a communication network 4 to which service servers 1 and service clients 2 are connected, and each of service servers 1 and service clients 2 is provided with at least an input/output means 22, a means 23 for storage of conversion rules, a means 24 which uses conversion rules to convert the information expression forms, and a means 21 for mutual communication with other information processors, and the conversion rule management server 3 is provided with a means 33 where conversion rules are stored and a means 31 which transfers conversion rules in response to the request from service servers 1 or service clients. |
