PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable performing appropriate blurring correction, even in case of panning. SOLUTION: This device is provided with including a blurring detecting part 3, a blurring correcting optical system 2 for correcting an image blurring, a blurring correcting drive part 4 for driving the blurring correcting optical system 2, a blurring correcting control part 21 for operation objective position signal of the blurring correcting optical system 2 from output of the blurring detecting part 3 and for controlling the blurring correcting drive part 4, based on the objective position signal, a position detecting part 18 for detecting the position of the blurring correcting optical system 2, and a center bias arithmetic part for correcting the objective position signal toward a moving center of the blurring correcting optical system 2, based on the position information obtained from the position detecting part 18. |
