PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the outflow of resin surely even when a molded form is deformed or the like and permit the optimum resin molding. SOLUTION: In a resin molding die, provided with a collapsing part 10 for collapsing a molded form locally upon molding a resin while clamping the molded form 5a such as a lead frame or the like to stop outflow of the resin into a gap between the molded form and the set recessed part of a set of the die 14, slanted surfaces, projected inwardly from the inner bottom surface side of the set recessed part, are formed on the rim part opposed to the set recessed part with the same configuration, respectively, to provide a collapsing part 10, in which the side surface of the molded form is abutted against the slanted surface upon clamping the molded form 5a. |
