A song score calculator accurately marks a song score on the basis of a frequency and rhythm in response to a voice signal input to a microphone. The song score calculator includes: a musical interval pulse generator(10) for generating a pulse signal having a frequency proportional to a voice signal; a signal discriminator(11) for discriminating a rhythm of a song, and converting the result signal being a digital signal to a microcomputer(12); and a microcomputer(12) for receiving the output data of the generator(10) and the discriminator(11), comparing the output data with a reference midi data, and calculating a score of the song.
