PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an immobilized catalyst good in dispersibility and electric characteristics and used for crosslinking thermosetting resins by immobilizing a specific catalyst on the surfaces of a specific fine particulate material. SOLUTION: (A) A fine particulate material (especially one or more kinds selected from carbon black, colloidal silica, fumed silica and silica gel, having an average particle diameter of <=100μm and a specific surface area of >=10m<2> /g by BET method) is mixed with (B) an isocyanate compound having two or more isocyanate groups in the molecule with stirring to react and cover the surface of the component A with the component B. The obtained material is reacted with (C) a catalyst (preferably an organic amine compound, an imidazole compound, an organic acid or an organic acid anhydride) having one or more functional groups (preferably hydroxyl group, amino group or carboxyl group) capable of reacting with the isocyanate group to immobilize the component C on the surface of the component A. |
