<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet bundle transfer device capable of surely nipping a sheet bundle, and a picture image forming device provided with the sheet bundle transfer device. SOLUTION: A sheet bundle S is carried by nipping the one-side end part of the sheet bundle S, and then moving the first nipping means by a first moving means. After that successively, nearly the center of the sheet bundle S is nipped by the upper and lower pair of rotatable nipping members 66 and 67 of a second nipping means 12, and is moved by the second moving means 12, thereby transferring the sheet bundle S. In nipping the sheet bundle S, the nipping member 67, below the first nipping means and the second nipping means 12, is upward rotated to support the sheet bundle S from a lower side, and then the upper part nipping member 66 is downward rotated to nip the sheet bundle S. In parting the sheet bundle S, the upper part nipping member 66 is upward rotated, and then the lower part nipping member 67 is downward rotated to part the sheet bundle S.</p> |
