The invention applies to the textile industry and is related to non woven bulk fabrics and the method for its production. The new non woven bulk fabrics may be used for making clothing, blankets, sleeping bags, furniture, filters and abrasive material manufacture. The patented invention aims at the simplification and harmlessness of the production technology, preserving the properties of the ready made material. The new proposed non woven bulk fabric consists of a mixture of polyester fibre, the linear density of which is 0.17-2.0 teks, and bi-component polyester fibre, the linear density of which is 0.3-1.0 teks, at the presence of a relevant fibre ratio from 50/50 to 91/10 and when the fibres are interwoven by the bi-component polyester fibre integument melted in 160-180 degrees Celsius temperature. The method of producing the non woven bulk fabric includes the formation of a layer of the mentioned polyester fibre and the bi-component polyester fibre at the relevant mass ratio of the fibres, form 50/50 to 90/10, the drying of the formed layer in 160-180 degrees Celsius temperature, melting an integument of the bi-component polyester fibre. |
