摘要

The piezoelectric oxide is produced by adding 0.1-2.0 weight% of sodium carbonate and yttrium oxide to the zirconium titanate series piezoelectric material including about 2 weight% of niobium pentoxideand sintering them under 1,000-1,200C. Accordingly, the piezoelectric oxide material gets the high dielectric constant and the sensitivity on the sintering point.
