SUBSTANCE: special vodka has the following components, per 1000 dal ready drink: bee honey, 30 kg; rectified alcohol and water and, additionally, rye malt aromatic alcohol, 480-520 l at ratio of dry rye malt to rectified ethanol at preparing rye malt aromatic alcohol = (0.18-0.22):1. Method ensures to enrich vodka with amylolytic enzymes and amino acids that promotes starch hydrolysis in human organism to easily assimilated dextrins and maltose that improves food digestion and human organism vital activity. EFFECT: enhanced quality of vodka. |
