The holder has a slotted pot inside an electric motor and a coaxial motor shaft with its end within the motor housing in a bearing in contact with the inner wall of a region of the slotted pot with reduced dia. The reduced dia. pot region carries a ring (7) of flexible material, esp. rubber or plastic, seated within a pot-shaped housing support mounted coaxially on the motor housing The ring has a bush-shaped base element (7a) which rests on the outside of the slotted pot region (5b) of reduced dia. and from which an annular protrusion (7b) protrudes coaxially outwards. The annular protrusion rests on the inside of the housing support (4).
