PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the excellent surface properties of two-layered hollow molding by one molding by introducing a parison into a cavity while sucking air in a hermetically closed space from below and bonding a powder of a resin to the outer surface of the parison on the way of emission before subjecting the parison to blow molding. SOLUTION: Molds 24, 24 are opened and shutters 30, 50 of top, bottom and side surfaces are moved in such a state split molds 80, 90 are opened to close the molds and the molds are preheated to temp. of the softening point of a supplied resin. Next, a vacuum pump 72 is operated and a parison P is emitted from a die device 10 while the air in a hermetically closed space Q is sucked by operating a vacuum pump 72 and a powder of the resin or an inorg. material of the tank is fed by air through a supply pipe 44 to be injected into the hermetically closed space Q by a powder supply duct 30a to successively bond the powder to the outer surface of the parison P during falling. When the emission and suspension of the parison P are completed, the injection of the powder is stopped and the shutters are allowed to retreat and the molds are closed to hold the parison P to subject the same to blow molding. |
