PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a fine powder-contg. granule which can bring a material in a fine powder form to a particulate having good handleability and, at the same time, can impart functions such as improved fluidity, reduced hygroscopicity, and reduced unpleasant smell by coating a granule, prepd. by adhering a fine powder onto the surface of a particulate powder, with a lipid. SOLUTION: A fine powder and a particulate powder which is 10 to 1,000 times larger in particle diameter and 1.2 to 100 times larger in specific gravity than the fine powder are mixed and stirred together in a wt. ratio of (1:5) to (1:100) to prepare a granule of a particulate powder with a fine powder deposited on the surface thereof by taking advantage of electrostatic force. A fine powder-contg. granule is prepd. (i) by spraying a lipid in a melted state having an m.p. of 40 deg.C or above on the granule, (ii) by mixing and stirring the granule and a lipid powder having a smaller diameter than the granule together, or (iii) by conducting (ii) after (i), thereby coating the granule with the lipid in an amt. of (1:1) to (10:1) in terms of the lipid to fine powder wt. ratio. |
