PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy means for a connecting work of a handle to a spindle for drainage operation of a low tank. SOLUTION: The rotary shaft 2 of a handle H is provided with a connecting hole 3 of which the inner circumferential face is formed with serration 3a, a receiving space 5, and a through hole 6 which is drilled on a partition part 4 separating the receiving space 5 from the connecting hole 3 and communicates together both, meanwhile, a spindle S is provided with a spreading part 11 consisting of an umbrella-like projection having slits 12 and capable of being radially contracted, and serration 10. The extreme end of the spindle S is inserted and pushed into the connecting hole 3 of the handle H, the spreading part 12 is inserted through the through hole 6 and projected so as to prevent drawing-out, and simultaneously the serration 3a of the handle connecting hole 3 is engaged with the serration 10 on the circumferential face of the spindle so as to stop rotation. |
