RESIN MAGNET MAKING METHOD USING REFORMING COMPOUND

The resin magnet manufacturing method through a use of regenerated compound comprises the steps of collecting chips processed and generated in a mechanical process of a sintering rare-earth permanent magnet and processing them in a regeneration work; and mixing the regenerated one with epoxy resin of 2-5wt%, and adding lubricant of 0.1-0.6wt% to that and mixing them; and manufacturing the regeneration compound, moulding the regeneration compound by a pressure of 3-8Tonf/cm2, and executing a hardening process for that for 1-5hours at 15-180 degrees centigrade.
