PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance crystal impact resistance and to reduce a working process, equipment and raw material cost by molding a thermoplastic polyolefin resin compsn. consisting of crystalline polyester with specific intrinsic viscosity, a polyolefin resin with a specific melt flow rate and carboxylic acid modified polyolefin by using an internally evacuated biaxial extrusion molding machine. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic polyolefin resin compsn. consists of 60-99.5wt.% of a crystalline polyester resin with intrinsic viscosity of 0.5-1.5dl/g, 0.5-20wt.% of carboxylic acid modified polyolefin with a melt flow rate of 0.1-100g/10min and 0-20wt.% of a polyester resin with a melt flow rate of 0.1-100g/10min and molded by using an internally evacuated biaxial extrusion molding machine. By this method, moisture in the molten thermoplastic polyester resin compsn. is removed and, especially, aldehyde generated by heating is removed. |
