PURPOSE:To simplify constitution and to improve workability of assembling by providing a recessed part for an exhaust chamber board in correspondence to a lead soldered part, and by caulking an outer circumference by a case. CONSTITUTION:Since space between a ceramic piezo-electric body 21 of a piezo- electric vibrator 20 and an exhaust chamber board 27 is very narrow space of about 0.5mm., contact by vibration is prevented by providing recessed parts 31 and 28 to the caulked part of a terminal 32 for the exhaust chamber board 27, to a part of a lead 30, and to a soldered part 29 on the surface of the ceramic piezo-electric body 21. By caulking the outer circumference by a case 25, the transducer is electrically connected through the piezo-electric body 21, metal diaphragm 22, metal ring 23, and case 25. |
