PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an usable device for a vehicle having an electronic ignition device and a passive burglar preventing device for preventing burglar of a vehicle surely and effectively. SOLUTION: A usable device 10 for a vehicle having an electronic ignition device 14 and a passive burglar preventing device is provided with an engine control circuit 26 for controlling the electronic ignition device 14, which is electrically connected there to and with a passive burglar preventing control circuit 28 for controlling the passive burglar preventing device which is electrically connected there to further including a latch 30 for making selectively usable the electronic ignition device 14.
