PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to grasp a print image in a printed state at print as to the table form data processor which generates, edits, and prints table form data. SOLUTION: This processor is provided with a print managing means 3 which determines the size of cells of a table to be printed according to the numbers of longitudinal and lateral cells put in one page of a form. In this case, when the amount of cell data is large, only part of them can be printed. For the purpose, the size of characters is so determined that all the description contents can be printed with the determined cell size. The numbers of cells put in one page of the form is specified only with the longitudinal (or lateral) number, so the longitudinal (or lateral) size of the cells is determined. Then the lateral (or longitudinal) size of the cells is determined so that the maximum number of characters of the cell data of the table can be put in the page. If the table to be printed can not be put in one page of the form, a print managing means 3 adds a mark indicating that an adjacent page exits. |
