PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit effective control of hot-water supplying and air conditioning in accordance with the cooling and heating condition of a room and hot-water reserving condition by a method wherein one operation mode is selected from a plurality of operation modes in accordance with the hot-water reserving temperature level of a hot-water reserving tank and the cold heat storage level of a cold heat storage tank upon effecting hot-water reserving, cold heat storage and air conditioning of cooling and heating. SOLUTION: A hot-water reserving side water heat exchanger 2, an air-conditioning side water heat exchanger 3, an air heat exchanger 4 and a heat pump 1 are connected through a pipeline 1c. Heat medium, such as fluorocarbon or the like, flows through the pipeline 1c to effect heat exchange by the compression, expansion, liquefying and evaporation to effect the operations of cooling, heating, water heating and the like. Upon effecting hot-water reserving, cold heat storage, cooling, heating and air conditioning, a plurality of operation modes are set depending on which heat exchanger among the hot-water reserving side water heat exchanger 2, the air-conditioning side heat exchanger 3 and the air heat exchanger 4 is operated while a control unit 9 selects one operation mode from a plurality of set operation modes in accordance with the reserving hot-water temperature level of a hot-water reserving tank 5 and the cold heat storage level of a cold heat storage tank 6. |
