PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to manufacture a synthetic sheet which makes it possible to contribute to the protection of resources and ecological environment with excellent quality and quantity by manufacturing the specific mixture material of polypropylene resin by coupling biaxially orienting facility to a kneader or a calender. SOLUTION: Mixture material components of 100PHR (resin percentage) of polypropylene resin, 0 to 70PHR of high-density polyethylene resin, 0 to 30PHR low- density polyethylene resin, 20 to 200PHR of inorganic filler, 0 to 10PHR of destaticizing agent, and 0 to 10PHR of while pigment titanium dioxide are mixed by a mixer 1, kneaded by a kneader, and sent to a mixer roll 5 via a feed hopper 3 and an extruder 4. Here, they are gelatinized, kneaded, rolled and molded by a calender body 6 to a sheet, then enlarged by a take-off roll 7, and embossed pattern is formed by an embossing unit 8. Further, it is laterally and longitudinally enlarged, by enlarging facilities 9, 10, tempered by an enlarging tempering facility 11, then cooled by a chill roll 12, and wound by a winder 14 after it is treated by a surface treating facility 13. Accordingly, it can contribute to the global resources and ecological environment protection without using timber and be applied to various document sheets, packaging sheets of books and magazines. |
