PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high resolution and high conductivity by preparing a coloring liquid from a water-soluble copolymer, pigment, water-soluble diazo resin and aquious colloid of tin oxide or antimony-doped tin oxide. SOLUTION: The filter is obtd. by laminating a glass substrate, a transparent electrode and a colored transparent coating film. The colored transparent coating film is obtd. by applying a coloring liquid on the transparent electrode and curing the coating film with light. As for the applying method of the coloring liquid on the transparent electrode, for example, a method using a spin coating machine, roll coating machine, etc., is used. To cure the coating film with light, for example, UV rays are used. The coloring liquid consists of a water-soluble copolymer, a pigment, a water-soluble diazo resin and a aquions colloid of tin oxide or antimony-doped tin oxide. The aquious colloid of tin oxide or antimony-doped tin oxide is used to maintain transparency of the colored transparent film and to give conductivity. |
