<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of efficiently washing the inside of a fermentation tank equipping agitating blades by installing plural washing nozzles at the upper part of the fermentation tank as freely rotatable in both directions around a rotating shaft line in the horizontal direction. SOLUTION: This square-shaped temperature controlling fermentation tank device having a washing function is constituted by forming the upper part of the inner wall of a fermentation tank 12 as a square shape and the lower part 24 as a half cylindrical shape and also making the lower part 24 a downward slope from one side to the other side where a discharging port 42 is located. Also, plural agitating blades 18 are installed as freely rotatable around the shaft line of a rotating shaft 14 installed in the width direction in the fermentation tank 12 and as the tips of the blades reaching near the inside surface of the lower part 24. Further, plural washing nozzles 50 are installed as freely rotatable in both directions around a rotating shaft line in the horizontal direction at the upper part in the fermenting tank 12. By the above, the injection nozzles 50 inject a washing liquid while rotating by a shuttle movement within a specific limited rotating angle, to wash with focusing to the inside surface of the fermenting tank 12 within the range of the rotating angle and the agitating blades 18.</p> |
