<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent image blurring and to form a high-resolution image even in the case of using a small-diameter drum by using a monolayer organic photoreceptor where a part absorbing light near spectroscopic sensitivity and the absorbing quantity of the light are set to have specified values. SOLUTION: In this method where the photoreceptor 1 is electrified and exposed to form an electrostatic latent image, and the electrostatic latent image is developed with toner so as to form the image; the monolayer organic photoreceptor is used, where >=60% of the light having the wavelength of±100nm of the peak value of the spectroscopic sensitivity of the photoreceptor 1 is absorbed at a part which is 10μm in thickness from the surface of the photoreceptor 1. The absorptivity of a light beam is measured by using the light having wavelength width such as 780nm±100nm wavelength. Thus, carrier 2 is generated at the thin part(distance d0 ) of a photoreceptive layer and the image blurring at a distance B caused by the diffusion 5 of the light 3 and the extent 6 of charge is restrained to the minimum, and resolution is improved. Especially, in the case of applying this method to the monolayer type organic photoreceptor whose diameter is <=24mm, a remarkable action effect is obtained.</p> |
