PROCESS OF ROLLING OF ROUND SMALL-SECTION STEEL

摘要

FIELD: production of hot- rolled section steel. SUBSTANCE: proposed rolling process includes hot deformation of billet in intermediate and finish passages with reduction of metal in mutually perpendicular directions in adjacent passages. In agreement with process value of relative deformation in each passage is determined from expression ε= (0,79...0,82)(f/F), where F and f are areas of cross-sections of initial billet and finished profile. EFFECT: improved user's properties of rolled stock and diminished labour input in its production.
