SUBSTANCE: before blending alcohol is infused with grape vine taken at amount 0.5-25%, infusion is brought about 0.1-2 g/dmtotal content of extractive and aromatic substances at alcohol concentration 10-96.3 vol.%. Infusion is carried out at 10-78 C. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of waste use, accelerated typization processes, enhanced quality of wine. |
