摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deviation of the flashing periods of respective light apparatuses without conducting correction control on respective control devices at a fixed period from the outside by providing a current sensor, a zero cross detection circuit, a switching element, and a control circuit controlling current. SOLUTION: The current level of an input an current I is detected by a current sensor 3, and is input to a zero cross detection circuit 4. The detection circuit 4 detects and judges the current level, the frequency, and the zero cross point of the current I from an input current signal, and outputs to a control circuit 6. The control circuit 6 counts the zero cross detection, counts out a periodic time for flashing controlling a light apparatus, and outputs a control signal for alternately making ON and OFF with this time interval to a switching element 5. When the element 5 is in an ON state, no current I is output to the light apparatus 2, and when the element 5 is in an OFF state, the current I is output to the light apparatus 2. Thereby, the light apparatus 2 repeats a flashing action with the fixed interval, and the flashing period is maintained without the correction control from the outside.
