<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and securely ground a card frame by setting a metallic plate used as a ground plate to be a flat spring, and connecting it with the frame of a card installation device so as to constitute the device. SOLUTION: The IC card installation device 1 is provided with a housing 10 having a card insertion port 10a on an upper surface, and it is fitted to a printed board at the leg parts 10b of the housing 10. The metallic flat springs 26 are provided along an IC card guide groove 12. At the time of installing the IC card, the surface/back and the right/left of the IC card 5 are pressed/held by the metallic flat springs 26. The metallic springs 26 are connected with a frame member forming the IC card guide groove 12. The springs are provided in such a way that the action points of the metallic flat springs 26 are brought into contact with the ground clip of the IC card 5 when the IC card 1 is installed. A contact-type read part 41b constituting a connector protrudes downward from the lower surface of the housing 10.</p> |
