PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of controlling a motor which assures stable rising of rotating speed at the time of activation by making constant the changing rate of rotating speed at the time of activation without relation to the preset rotating speed. SOLUTION: A changing rate α of rotating speed for the time during the period until the rotating speed reaches 80% of the preset rotating speed Ns after the start of motor is set, fixed duty control times T1, T2, T3 determined by the equation Tx=80/100.α.Ns are obtained for the preset changing rate α, the fixed duty control mode is executed by fixing a duty ratio of the driving current to a constant value during the period until the fixed duty control time has passed from start of the motor, and the operation mode is shifted to the PID control mode when the fixed duty control time has passed. |
