PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent transfer of toner from a cleaning roller to a photoreceptor at the time of toner recovery and to prevent cleaning fitilure, in an image forming device which recovers residual toner on the photoreceptor by means of the cleaning roller, reattaches the recovered toner to the photoreceptor, and recovers the toner by means of a developing device. SOLUTION: The cleaning roller 25 performs the function of recovering residual toner on the image forming area A of the photoreceptor 1 and the function of reattaching the toner onto the photoreceptor 1 after the recovery. The developing device 7 visualizes an elechostatic latent image formed on the photoreceptor 1, and also recovers the toner reattached to the photoreceptor 1. At the time of the toner recovery, the cleaning roller 25 is rotated in the opposite direction to the photoreceptor 1, and the amount of rotation is less than one rotation. |
