PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a ceramic case to mount both types of pellets, which are a pellet with a narrow pad pitch staggered layout and a pellet with a normal pad layout. SOLUTION: On a ceramic case 1, the stitches A'-C' and K'-M' of stitches 4, which have the same potential as the stitches A-C and K-M of the stitches 4, are provided on the both sides outside the stitches 4 which are provided for a pellet 3 that has a narrow pad pitch staggered layout. For a pellet 2 which has a normal pad layout, the both outer side stitches A'-C' and K'-M' of the stitches 4 are used and the crossing of bonding wire 5 is not generated. As for the pellet 3 with a narrow pad pitch staggered layout, the pellet can be mounted without the crossing of the bonding wire 5 by using the A-M of the stitches 4. |
