METHOD OF OBTAINING SELF-SPREADING CEMENT GROUT FOR MAKING FLOORING SUBFLOORS

The method of obtaining self-spreading cement mortar for monolithic rough floors and floors consists of mixing binding materials, a filler in the form of quartz sand, and a mixture of modifiers with mixing water. Characterized in that: the mixture of binding materials consists of: 56 to 68 parts by mass of Portland cement; 5 to 15 parts by mass of self-decomposing DK clinker, containing 15.5 percent to 26.5 percent by mass of dodecacalcium heptaaluminate; 5 to 9 parts by mass of dihydrate gypsum and 10 to 30 parts by mass of fly-ash. 80 to 120 parts by mass of quartz sand are used as the filler. The mixture of modifiers consists of the following components (the percentage values refer to the mass of binding materials): 0 to 0.4 percent of calcium lignosulfonate; 2 to 8 percent of hexamine; 0.5 to 4.5 percent of a liquefying agent, preferably based on sulphonated melamine and naphthalene; 0.1 to 0.3 percent of modified silicon dioxide and 0.1 to 0.2 percent of cellulose ether. Then, all the components are mixed with 30 to 50 parts by mass of mixing water.
