The present invention discloses the process of pouring an edible jellying solution in a container, leaving at rest and to jell, piercing or perforating an orifice, removing a portion thereof, which is filled pouring another quantity of jellying solution, and performing a multiplicity of cuts producing emptiness constituting capillary inserts or the like, which are filled with jellying solution; performing a cut or a multiplicity of cuts, pouring another quantity of jellying solution producing emptiness constituting a multiplicity of laminated sheets or layers, besides pouring a second layer based on jellying solution.
