FIELD: cosmetics. SUBSTANCE: lacquer has particles of anionic complex polyester - polyurethane as film-forming substance taken at dispersed state. Particle size is 2-40 nm. Film hardness obtained after drying for 24 h at 30 C at relative humidity 50%, at an aqueous dispersion layer thickness 300 nm containing 28% above indicated particles (measured as dry matter) - 50-300 s. EFFECT: enhanced quality of an aqueous lacquer. |
