<p>The drive has an integrated electrical system (6) for revs rate control. The electrical system is cooled by a thermoelectric element (8). The electrical system has power stages (15) and/or capacitors (16) which are cooled by the thermoelectric element. There is a device (18) for detecting a state parameter e.g. the current amplitude, the power drawn or the temp., by which the cooling efficiency of the thermoelectric element can be influenced. The drive's rotor and bearing are operated in a liquid.</p>
