The sleeves (25,26) are retained in alignment with each other on allocated stops (31,32). The lower sleeve (26) lies upon a mandrel (19) with its tip protruding above the upper edge of the sleeve. It has a pressure ring (45) for fixing itself. The feed onto the plate of the outer sleeves takes place from the top and the inner sleeves from the bottom. The plate is retained by at least one stop (33,34) which is adjustable and lockable.
