PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a rush current which occurs when the power supply to a power source circuit is turned on without increasing the power consumption of the power source circuit. SOLUTION: When a power source circuit is operated, a smoothing capacitor C is charged by a DC/DC converter 13 which is supplied with electric power from a secondary battery 14. When the voltage across the capacitor C reaches a certain value, a relay 11 is turned on and, at the same time, the operation of the converter 13 is stopped. When the power source circuit is constituted in such a way, the seizure of the relay 11 can be prevented, because no large rush current flows to the relay 11, and, at the same time, the power consumption of the power source circuit does not increase during the operation. |
