FIELD: purifying liquids. SUBSTANCE: separator is vertical and has a tubular vertical axle that is ended with a funnel with an oil collector. Around the axle a screw belt is wound. The belt is tightly secured to the tubular axle. The turns of the belt are diametrically separated into two same portions by a vertical baffle which is tightly coupled with the tubular axle and the bottom of the separator. Between the turns of the belt are guide slot passageways of a constant curvature that are inclined to the horizontal plane so that the screw belt intersects the vertical baffle to provide a screw flow of fluid with a constant curvature in the screw space between the top and bottom surfaces of the belt.
