The sensor manages without moving supply lines or slip contacts susceptible to interference. A soft magnetic is formed with respectively one end of the shafts (1,2) and at least one radially extending arm (5,6,7), arranged rotation proof respectively on each shaft. The circuit is more or less closed, depending on the angular setting of the two shafts. A coil (12) is rotationally located on the end region of at least one of the shafts. The inductance of the coil is measured using a measuring system. The shafts can be located one in the other. The coil is arranged securely locally in the vicinity of the shafts, in which they are located one in the other.
