The conduct of the force required for unwinding the belt is essentially constant or reduces linearly. A circular disc (2) provided on the winding shaft, (1) at least a double disc (3,4), and a disc (5) with a spirally shaped peripheral line are fed with energy from the energy accumulator (6) and are connected with each other via belts (2-3g,3k-4g,4k-5) to form a multi-stage reduction gear.
