FIELD: thermal treatment of articles in vacuum. SUBSTANCE: vacuum plant for heat treatment of articles has heating chamber, vacuum pumps system, inert gas supply system and heating control system. Heating chamber has additional airtight container communicated with inert gas supply system and accommodating treated articles. Airtight container is communicated with heating chamber by means of gas evacuation branch pipe. The latter accommodates in its channel a sorption electric-arc trap. Inert gas supply system has block of metered cyclic supply of inert gas. Inert gas supply system has supplying bottle, reducer, pressure gages, leak, and chemical cleaning unit. Unit of metered cyclic supply of inert gas has metering bottle, electropneumatic valves, control panel of inert gas supply, time relay or clock mechanism, for instance, timer and vacuum gage. EFFECT: reduced pressure of active gases and, as a result, reduced gas saturation of articles. |
