PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce input information by encoding a basic expression to be used for calculation, storing the expression in a computer, and inputting the code of the basic expression, the code of the portion of the area for which the basic expression is used, and the basic numerical values to be used for the calculation of the basic expression. SOLUTION: As basic expressions, calculation expressions to be used for the calculation of the area and length of a portion to be completed, that is, the expression calculating the area of a wall (the lateral length of a room + the vertical length of the room) × 2 × ceiling height, for instance, are used. As numerical values, basic numerical values to be used for the dimension and calculation of the portion to be completed are used. The information on the group of buildings is entered in an information entry column 92. Namely, in the entry column 42, a code 1 or 0 designating interior or exterior is entered. In entry columns 44, 47, 48, 50 and 52, basic numerical values to be used for calculations are entered. As the basic numerical values, erected height, waist height and ceiling height can be used. The entry column 54 is a column in which the basic expressions are entered. In an entry column 55, the supplementary numerical values of the basic expressions are entered. |
